A Custom Ecommerce Website in Thailand You Actually Own
Stop renting your shop from Shopee and Lazada. We build a bilingual Thai/English store with PromptPay checkout, a built-in AI sales assistant, and full ownership of your customers and your margin.
Marketplace fees keep creeping up. In September 2025 Shopee raised its transaction fee and added a one-baht-per-order charge, and Lazada lifted seller fees by roughly two points. Add it all up and industry reports now put effective take rates as high as 20-25% of post-discount sales. Every order you sell on a marketplace pays a toll, and the buyer's contact details stay with the platform, not with you.
We build your own store instead. A real custom shop with a clean catalog, a working cart, Thai payments, and your brand front and centre. You keep the customer list, the LINE follower, the email. You set your prices instead of racing competitors to the bottom. And because it is bilingual from day one, the same site sells to Thai shoppers and to the tourist and expat crowd in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai. Most stores go live in 2 to 4 days.
What you get
PromptPay that confirms itself
PromptPay is the way most Thais pay online now, with more than 90 million registrations and tens of millions of transfers a day. We set up auto-verified PromptPay QR at checkout, so the order confirms the second the money lands. No more squinting at transfer slips by hand at 11pm.
Cards, wallets, and COD
We connect a Thai payment gateway like Opn (formerly Omise) or 2C2P to take credit and debit cards, mobile banking, and wallets such as TrueMoney and Rabbit LINE Pay. Cash on delivery stays available for the buyers who still prefer to pay the courier, set up to follow Thailand's Dee-Delivery COD rules.
A built-in AI sales assistant
Nisa, your trilingual assistant in Thai, English, and French, answers the questions buyers ask all day long: price, stock, sizes, shipping time. She runs 24/7 and catches the lead while you sleep. With more than 70% of Thai internet users following at least one brand on LINE, shoppers now expect an answer right away.
One catalog, every channel
Your website becomes the single source of truth for stock. Update a product once and push it out to Shopee and Lazada, so you stop overselling and stop chasing stock mismatches across three dashboards. The marketplaces become channels you control, not landlords you answer to.
Built for the phone, built to be fast
Nearly all Thai shopping happens on a phone, so the store and the checkout are built mobile-first and load quickly. No pinch-zooming a desktop layout, no abandoned cart because a button was too small to tap on a six-inch screen.
Bilingual, and truly yours
A proper Thai and English structure, not a Google-translate toggle bolted onto a template. Managed hosting with SSL and backups, clear policies that earn buyer trust, and full ownership of the site, the code, and your data. No platform lock-in.
Why a direct store beats living on the marketplace
Shopee and Lazada bring traffic, but you pay for every sale and you never really meet the buyer. No email, no phone number, no LINE follower you can message again. The algorithm decides who sees you, and cheap imports keep dragging the price down. When fees go up across the board, like they did in late 2025, your margin shrinks and you can do nothing about it.
A direct store flips that. The customer is yours to keep and sell to again. The brand looks credible to bigger and foreign buyers. And the marketplaces turn into one more channel that feeds off your own catalog, instead of the only place you can sell.
No per-order commission on sales through your own site
You own the customer contact, the data, and the brand
Set your own prices, free of marketplace price wars
Look credible to corporate, wholesale, and overseas buyers
Sync stock from your site out to Shopee and Lazada
Which plan fits your shop
Most online stores start on Commerce & Booking at 1,297 baht/mo, which covers a product catalog, cart, Thai payment setup, and booking where you need it. There is a one-time 999 baht Setup & Tracking fee for your custom .com domain, your Meta, Google, and LINE tracking pixels, and initial technical SEO, and that setup is free when you pay annually.
If you sell more than 10 products, run a property-listing portal, or need a heavier custom build, the quote-based Tailored tier is the better home. Same custom approach, sized for a bigger catalog and bespoke features. Tell us what you sell and we will point you to the right fit.
Tailored (quote): 10+ products, portals, and custom builds
One-time 999 baht setup, free on annual billing
Marketing add-ons: SEO from 6,900 baht/mo, Ads from 5,900 baht/mo plus ad budget
Frequently asked questions
Can my store accept PromptPay?
Yes. PromptPay is the method most Thai shoppers reach for, and we set up auto-verified PromptPay QR at checkout. The order confirms on its own the moment the transfer lands, so you stop checking slips by hand. We can also add cards, mobile banking, wallets, and cash on delivery.
How is this different from selling on Shopee or Lazada?
On a marketplace you pay a commission on every order and the platform keeps the customer. With your own site there is no per-order toll, you keep the contact details and the LINE follower, and you set your own prices. We can still sync your catalog out to Shopee and Lazada so they become extra channels, not your only shopfront.
Do you connect to Thai payment gateways?
Yes. We set up a Thai gateway such as Opn (formerly Omise) or 2C2P to handle cards, mobile banking, and wallets alongside PromptPay. Processing rates are set by the provider, not by us. Opn, for example, publishes around 1.65% for PromptPay and 3.65% for cards, plus VAT. We handle the integration; the rate belongs to the gateway.
Can I keep my stock in sync across my site, Shopee, and Lazada?
Yes. We set your website up as the single source of truth, so you update a product in one place and it pushes out to the marketplace channels. That is how you avoid overselling and the stock-mismatch headaches that come from juggling three separate dashboards.
What about cash on delivery and the new COD rules?
COD still matters in Thailand, especially outside the big cities. We can switch it on and set it up to follow the Dee-Delivery regulation, which lets buyers refuse a parcel that does not match the order, requires couriers to collect rejected goods, and sets a refund window for defective or wrong items. We build that into how your store handles returns and reconciliation.
How fast can my ecommerce website go live?
Most stores go live in 2 to 4 days once we have your products and brand details. A larger catalog on the Tailored tier takes a little longer, and we will give you a clear timeline up front. A real Bangkok team handles the design, hosting, payment setup, and ongoing edits.
